This is been the best hotel we've stayed in in Tunis so far, very clean organised big rooms, with twin beds, extremly delicous food, adorable room service and house keeping. Everyone from the staff was super friendly to us, helpful, and kind, thank you so much for making us enjoy our stay in the best possible way ??

在突尼斯很少能找到像國內這樣的標間。別的酒店基本都是連在一起的。住著是很方便，換錢、充手機，吃飯啥的都有。

房間，環境都不錯，但是作為一間國際五星酒店，早餐的選擇少了點，還有就是房間浴室毛巾有點發黃，對不起這個價格

It was a good experience at Sheraton Hotel, the rooms are good and large, the place is clean, but it is a little far from the city center.

Vorsicht beim bezahlen! Einzelne Mitarbeiterinnen in der Rezeption kennen dieeigene Buchaltung nicht gut genug. Obwohl der Zimmerpreis Wochen im Voraus bezahlt wurde, wir der Zimmerpreis beim Aus-checken nochmals verlangt! Unbedingt einen bezahlt Nachweis mitführen. Bei mir gab es l?ngere Diskussionen darum. Sehr ?rgerlich...

Все в отеле хорошо, завтраки, чистота, удобства! Только сервис хромает. Хотя, возможно, это завешанные ожидания. Все приходится очень долго ждать, могут вообще забыть. Потом извиняются, но могут все равно снова накосячить. В остальном - все хорошо!
